Information entry management and validation

Every registry and registry entry is allocated a confidence factor.

Any registry creation or registration can be made by those who want to do so with a nil confidence factor being attributed (for a new registry as well as for a new entry). Unconfirmed entries after six months are removed and archived.

Depending on the confidence grid specified in the IUANA section, the confidence factor can be up-graded/confirmed/downgraded by whoever has the specified authority.

New registries are accredited by --SG, and new SDOs by --A.

Information is sent to the distribution list that is specified in the MDRS section as specified for each confidence factor value. Possible appeals: depending on the current confidence factor, the proper authority defined in the IUANA section is informed and the corresponding procedure is automatically engaged.

When accessing a registry, users can select the confidence factor threshold that they require.
