This memo plans and describes the framework of a set of international network intelligent continuity oriented independent submissions (INIX) to the RFC Editor. It will consider the architectural aspects of people centric interintelligiblity facilitation approach based on the existing world telecommunications infrastructure, datacommunications infostructure, and metacommunications noostructure.

Introduction

Humanity strives to facilitate (technics) its own way of life at the risk of paying for it with its own empowerment (politics) and satisfactions (esthetics). Human life and social organization are totally dependent on communication, this means that societal progress has always been shaped by progress in communication facilitation technics (human skills) and technologies (anthrobotic skills).

There is therefore a subsequent need to help personal satisfactory empowerment, as demanded by the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), through a people centric communication facilitation technology. There is also a subsequent requirement that such a "people centric, à caractère humain, centrada en la persona" technology has architectural rule that "in a digital network men are the masters and machines are the slaves, not the other way round" as a foundation.

This memo plans and describes the framework of a set of independent submissions to the RFC Editor to document the generalised approach of a digital facilitation architecture permitting people to build their own international network intelligent continuity sytsem (INIX) in using the collective pre-existing resources of the world telecommunications infrastructure, datacommunications infostructure, and metacommunications noostructure.
