The Internet Plus Protocol is to be a transparently protected version of the Internet Protocol (every version) with an way to be defined to signal that the packet originates from an Interplus Internet access so there is a InterPLUS insert at the begining of the content.

IPP packet will definitly be filtered along with the proposed http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-opsec-ip-security/ Draft extended to the InterPLUS insert.

The inserted information should document:

  • if the traffic is of non-commercial or commercial nature (this bit can only be updated from non-commercial to commercial) to signal the change in the nature of the transported content.
  • if the traffic belongs to the Extended Model Interapplication layer 8.
