The intertest is the use of the Internet as its own technical, adminance and gouvernance test-bed. The IUSG prepares a draft on this matter, gathering the different constraints documented for such a usage. This Draft should be considered as a Charter of the intertesting practices, permit and organise full cross experimentation between the different project being tested.
