Network keeping implies three term related approaches and maintenance areas :

• short-term operance: what is delivered to the users on a best practice and contractual basis. It desls with subjective netork experience/

• mid-term governance: the framework of this offer organized by common rules and laws. It deals with objective network organization.

• long-term adminance: the societal target for the network ecosystem evolution which actually is the digital ecosystem constitution. It deals with exojective network evolution.

At this time only IAB ([RFC 3869]) takes care of adminance from a designer point of view. IUCG wants to raise attention to adminance on from a user's point of view.
