MDRS - Introduction

The MDRS long-term project was initiated by INTLNET in order to continue addressing its INTLFILE information mission in a more advanced network context. The MDRS (Meta Data Registry/Multilingual Distributed Referent System) is to be understood as a private, sophisticated, and mutually interactive within personal relational spaces, IANA for the Intersem (aka Semiotic Internet).

Semiotic means the consideration of:

• syntax, the correct utterance and presentation of the content.
• semantics, the consideration of the meaning.
• pragmatics, the consideration of the contexts.
• multilinguistics, the cybernetics of linguistic diversity.

The IUCG should capitalize on the MDRS initial presentation.
