SN/HN: Small Network, Home Network, Standalone Host

From IUCG - Internet Users Contributing Group

Jump to: navigation, search

The SN/HN concept embodies the Information Society Person's System, in the way a person perceives it in a "person centric, à caractere humain, centrada en la persona" perspective.

It should be associated to the three tele, data and meta communications layers, and include if necessary the Internet PLUS modules required by its Intersem (Multilingual and Semantic Internet) strata requirements.

User's perspective

From a user's point of view his SN/HN is an information, communication, and service (ICS) digital system which facilitates the operations and the governance of his relational spaces along his/her personnal and selected referential contexts.

It includes its entire extra/externet real and virtual, dedicater or shared peripherics and components: this is refered to as the internaut's "internef" in French and "netship" in English. Law must protect netship total privacy as is it protect against home invasion.

Architectural elements

The system architecture includes:

The netship

It includes:

  • a "system" made of:
  • a core Internet box (interbox)
  • interfacing his home intranet: private multitechnology locally networked fixed, mobile and virtual resources).
  • personal axiology referent system
  • an "amphitem":
  • an extranet: non shared multitechnology externally networked fixed, mobile, and virtual resources, through bandwidth diversity.
  • relational referent system, maintaining referential knowledge and semantic attitudes on current relations.
  • a "peritem":
  • this is its digital convergence global externets: shared multitechnology externally networked fixed, mobile and virtual resources.
  • contextual referent system, maintaining referential knowledge and semantic adaptations on its various contexts.

The netship "exotem"

This is the external world to the SN/HN:

  • infrastructure of redundant physical bandwidth diversity,
  • structure of coopetitive network logical services,
  • metastructure of coherent semantic referents

supported by interconnected, interoperated, and interintelligible "Internet Engines" operators.

General Systemic Architecture

SNHNs should be perceived as the "atoms" of the Internet, the whole system is build with, inducing their own networkwide information field and its intersections with other information fields (relational spaces). Mutual relations and transapplications througout this "atomic" system should be organised through a common interoperating system (Netix).

The network systemic should be based upon a three adressing layers :

  • an interbox global addressing of the physical topology related to fixed access. It can be supported through IPv4/IPv6-Network IDs.
  • a SNHN local global addressing the logical topology supporting mobile access. It should be supported by IDv6 [IPv6-User ID] and ML-DNS (Multi-level, multi-ledger, multilingual DNS that should stay fully interoperable with DNS and IDNA)
  • a global multilinguistic semantic addressing the virtual topology to address entity model components (Intersem). It can be associated to a Global Region of the IDv6 proposition (GRIDv6).
