Born in 1944. French Naval Academy (1965). Naval Officer. TYMNET International (1978). Director, TYMNET Extended Services (1984). Created Intlnet (1978) to assist the international network deployment and information, R&D catalysis, and relational spaces developments facilitation.

As the Initiator of IUCG I first assume the role of Thematic Moderator of all the issues and will transfer that roles to new Moderators as they join the IUCG. I am mainly interested in the Network Use Modelling and Architecture sections, in the Mutilingual Semantic Internet (Intersem) emergence, and interintelligibility facilitation.
