Users Registries are open, non official, temporary, etc. Internet oriented or not registries that some or many users need to get referenced. They can be simple ASCII tables. A work is underway to get them built in an ISO 11179 (strictly) conformant format in order permitting direct access and interchanges. Anyone can submit a registry he/she manages.
